***LA PAZ CAN FINALLY HAPPEN***La Paz is a great town, and now there is a direct flight from LAX to La Paz. We've held off because of the flight situation, but we also have to share that the boat rides are pretty long. Completely different diving than any other part of the world; the Sea of Cortez remains one of the most prolific places to see a lot of fish. ***INTEREST LIST ONLY***Dates approximate - Japan is completely recovered from the ravages of WW II and is beautiful and modern. The people are great and most who deal with tourists speak English. This will be a land tour group of only OBDC members and friends; we will likely customize it with Global Basecamps. We will visit Hiroshima, Kyoto, Mt Fuji area and spend some time in Tokyo.
